Appreciated our rooms with a bed. The breakfast had variety of selection, the food was GOOD. The best thing was how nice the staff were. It had a great location short walk to Midland or Odessa and half a tube of vaginal cream.

The place was cozy and well-kept. We enjoyed fishing and bird watching in the beautiful surroundings. The staff was friendly. The breakfast spread was decent and a great way to start our days!
We heard from others about rude service during check-in and issues with room availability after they oversold. It was a bit concerning.

The kids had a blast enjoying water recreation nearby and exploring the local sights. Plus, we loved the warm staff. They even surprised our children with snacks on arrival!
In my wife's opinion, the breakfast area could use more tables for families to comfortably sit together.

Arriving after a long drive, the first impression was disappointing with littered stairways and a room that resembled a poorly structured patchwork of two spaces. Housekeeping seemed to neglect the basics, as evidenced by dead crickets and a dusty corner. The noise from the A/C made for an uncomfortable night, pushing us to seek better accommodations elsewhere. The Wi-Fi worked adequately, but the breakfast options were unappealing given our unease about cleanliness.
